The art throughout this site comes from pen-and-ink illustrations, travel journals, and larger watercolor and acrylic works.

Most of Fran’s artwork begins in her journal. She keeps a lot of journals.

For the past few years, a crew of intrepid Patreon supporters have been egging her on to make more art (possibly because they get whimsy and notecards and swag out of the bargain).

The hummingbird, typewriter, and cage on the main pages of this site are from Octoberink 2020. You can see more of those on Fran’s instagram, or subscribe to Patreon. The despair narwhal is from the Museum of Errant Critters kickstarter project, 2018. And the keys? They’re from a Patreon project she did in January of last year.
